For receivers in Switzerland & Germany

US hemp flower, delivered with the file complete.

Lots of 5,000 to 10,000 lb (about 2,270 to 4,540 kg) of US-grown hemp flower, tested before it leaves and again when it arrives, delivered to your warehouse.

First route

Switzerland

Switzerland treats hemp with less than 1.0% THC as outside its narcotics rules, and it has an established, regulated trade in CBD flower. That makes it our first European destination. Receivers are typically CBD-flower wholesalers and processors with bonded or licensed storage.

Second route

Germany

Germany is the natural hub for the wider EU, with Hamburg as the likely port of entry. The EU limit for hemp is 0.3% THC, and German law restricts selling hemp flower to consumers, so German buyers are mainly processors and licensed importers. We will open this route for lots grown to the EU standard.

EU receiver enquiry

Every shipment is cleared at both ends first

Before a first shipment on any route, counsel in the United States and in the destination country confirm that the product may lawfully leave and lawfully enter, which THC measurement applies, and who holds each permit. Nothing ships until that is in writing.
