The question to ask every supplier this year
Ask whether a lot was tested on delta-9 THC or on total THC. Delta-9 THC is the compound most US rules have measured until now. THCA is a related compound in raw hemp that turns into delta-9 THC when heated. Total THC counts both.
Under the new federal definition, a lot that is legal on delta-9 alone can be over the limit on total THC. If you buy it, the problem becomes yours. Every lot Tillmark offers is reported on total THC, so you can compare like with like.
Terms, in brief
Prices are quoted per pound, either at the farm or delivered to you, and fixed in writing for each deal. Payment terms, the inspection window and what happens if a lot fails your test are written into the contract before anything ships. We do not ask you to pay for product you have not been able to check.
