About

A sourcing firm built on paperwork that holds up.

Tillmark Sourcing is a US hemp sales and procurement firm. We find the right lawful product for buyers who need it at scale, and the right buyers for growers who do the work properly.

Who we are

Tillmark is owner-run. The people you speak to are the people who own the firm, and they answer for every deal personally. We work with licensed growers and processors across the United States and with buyers in the US and in Europe.

The name says what we do. Till is the land the product comes from. Mark is the standard we hold it to before it carries our name.

How we work

We start as a sourcing agent, also called a broker: we find the product, check it, negotiate the terms and run the deal through to delivery, but we do not take ownership of the goods ourselves. That keeps our interest simple. We are paid when the right lot reaches the right buyer and both sides are satisfied.

For buyers who want a steady supply, we also run ongoing procurement: a standing specification, a sourcing calendar, and lots reserved ahead of need.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell to consumers or run a shop.
  • We do not handle synthetic or converted cannabinoids, or products made to be intoxicating.
  • We do not offer any lot we cannot document from licence to delivery.
  • We do not move product that tests over the limit for its destination.
How we work

Eight commitments, on every lot and every deal.

  1. Lawful on total THC

Every lot is judged on total THC, which counts THCA as well as delta-9 THC, at or under the limit of the country it is going to.

  2. Full-panel COA

A Certificate of Analysis, the lab report that comes with each lot, from an ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory, dated, and matched to the lot number on the bags. Full panel means cannabinoids plus pesticides, heavy metals, microbials and mycotoxins.

  3. Verified source

We confirm the grower or processor licence with the issuing state or tribal programme before a lot is offered.

  4. Sample before contract

The buyer sees the product before signing. We keep a retained sample from each lot until the deal is closed.

  5. Chain of custody

A written record of who held the product, where, and when, from the farm to the delivery point.

  6. Open price build-up

The buyer can see what makes up the delivered price: product, testing, packing, freight and our fee.

  7. Everything in writing

Specification, tests, delivery term, payment and the remedy if a lot fails are agreed in a written contract before anything ships.

  8. Answered the same day

A buyer brief received on a business day gets a reply that day: options, or the questions we need answered to find them.
